Just a day before the Game Awards 2022 Elden ring has released a new free DLC update. This DLC update will be called the Colosseum update. In this update, the online multiplayer PvP will have new features.

After Successfully updating the game player will be able to fight in new arenas. The new Colosseum arenas will be located in Limgrave, Caelid and Leyndell. Each arena has there own set of Rules for the PvP fights.

Limgrave arena-

In the Limgrave arena, there will be two modes-

Combat Ordeal- It’s going to be PvP solo. In this mode, the player will be able to respawn again and again until the time run out. At the end of timer, the winner will be who got the maximum points.

United Combat- In this mode there will be 2 teams in a PvP match. This mode is also going to have respawn ability until the end of the timer. In this mode, the winner will be decided by the scored points.

Leyndell arena-

In Leyndell arena the player will be able to fight in a duel. This is going to be a death match with no respawn ability. You die you lose.

Caelid-

Caelid arena is going to have all the features we have already discussed above. But there is one more thing you can do in caelid colosseum. In Caelid arena you can summon spirit ashes to fight with you alongside.

Intro of elden ring-

If you have no idea about Elden ring. Elden ring is a famous game which is developed by the creators of Dark souls and Bloodborne. The director of elden ring is Hidetaka Miyazaki and the story is provided by George R.R martin. Elden ring is an action roleplay game where players can build their character in their own ways. Choosing from pre-selected pre-sets of 8 characters. Named below-

Astrologer.
Bandit.
Confessor.
Hero.
Prisoner.
Prophet.
Samurai.
Vagabond.

Once choosing their desired character. Players can build their characters strength. The game is open-world and takes some time to understand. This game is not your normal open-world game like GTA or Assasins creed.

Once the colosseum update is done you will find that a new patch is applied.

Elden ring patch v1.08-

The elden ring colosseum update will be completed with the patch 1.08. The patch will provide bunch of bug fixes to the game. The general fixes for the PvP fights and new hairstyle combinations for your character.
