first in the pre-patch is now you can buy the flying skill at level 60. previously it was level 70.

second update is a 50 bonus buff experience to all players.

Death Knights will become available to play during the pre-patch and do not have any pre-requisite requirements

Alongside the pre-patcher launching, we also get the fresh start Realms. Everyone begins at level one in these realms

In Fresh Realm servers you do have to level your character to 55 before you can make a death knight.
